Intimations 3 September 2017

September 5, 2017 by Alison Page

Today is Aileen’s Final Preaching Assessment.  There is a sandwich lunch after the service and everyone is invited.

Church is open to all on weekdays from 10am to 12 noon

There will be a Coffee Morning in the church hall this Wednesday 6th September (behind the church) from 10-15 to 12 noon. This will be the last weekly coffee morning from this week they will be monthly. All are welcome to come along for a ” cuppa “, and a chat with friends old and new. There will be the usual stalls.

The Singing Group resumes on Wednesday 13th at 4pm in the hall.  Our praise is a huge part of our worship on Sundays and it is good to learn new hymns and revive old favourites.  No auditions, no pressure!  Come and join us for an hour of singing, laughter and the odd bit of musical education thrown in by Graeme at the piano!

Arran Skinnymalinks (Lamlash) – Week 5 of 6 weekly weigh ins for Mary’s Meals  – meet at Piper’s Cottage, Lamlash 4:15 as usual.

Knit & Natter –  patterns are now available for anyone wishing to participate this year. The K&N Nutters will gather during Oct and Nov in the resident’s lounge in McKelvie Court on Friday mornings – more details nearer the time.  Alison Tel: 600963
