Aileen’s Final Preaching Assessment is likely to be Sunday 3rd September with a member of Presbytery and a member of the Ministries Council from Edinburgh attending. Along with Lily, these will be her assessors. Please try to be here to support Aileen and if you know any children please bring them along too. I am sure the puppets will be here! This will be a joint service with Kilmory beginning at the usual time of 11.30am. It would be lovely if we could provide tea and biscuits or soup and bread in the hall afterwards while Aileen waits for the verdict! Please speak to Lily if you are able to help with this. Then we can all congratulate her! The next step will be her ‘setting apart’ service but we do not have a date for this yet.
Notice – The prize of tea/coffee and cake for 4 people was raffled at coffee morning on 9th August and raised £67.05
