Intimations 1 April 2018

April 1, 2018 by Alison Page

Good morning and welcome to church. May we know God’s blessing as we celebrate Easter together. If you are a visitor, please take our good wishes back to your own congregation on your return home.

The service will begin in the traditional way:  the minister will say, ‘ He is risen! ‘                                                          and the congregation reply, ‘ He is risen indeed!’

Each Sunday before worship, there is the opportunity to join together in the lesser hall for a short time of prayer beginning at 10.45 am. If you have any prayer request please speak to Aileen.

We are looking for a Scottish Bible Society representative. Aileen Graham has done this for some time, and we thank Aileen for her efforts. Please speak to Lily of Ian about this; don’t be afraid to ask!

The Guild Committee meet on Tuesday 3rd April at 10.30am at Vivienne’s.

PHT Bus Pass Lunch is Wednesdays 12 – 2.30 pm.  Present your Bus Pass for free bowl of soup with bread.

A reminder that the Kirk Session Prayer Course continues on Wednesday 4th March at 2pm at the manse. This will be study 6 of 6.

There is a Coffee Morning on Wednesday 4th April 10.15 – 12 noon, with the usual stalls.

There is NO Singing Group this week.

Sal Bannatyne’s 100th Birthday is on 7th April. Congratulations to Sal.
